Fresh aroma, scented with notes of cherry, blackberry and raspberry. The taste is full, soft, with delicate tannin and a pleasant freshness, followed by a fruity aftertaste, with almonds note when aged. Ideal with “baccalà alla vicentina”, pasta and light dishes.
