Sensory analysis: It is
a fruity extra virgin olive oil predominantly from mature olives, soft and
sweet in the mouth, bitter and slightly spicy.
Consumption: Ideal for use in raw, especially suitable
for seasoning fish, salads and vegetables, among others.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and
dry environment, away from direct sunlight. May throw or even solidify
at low temperatures due to their 100% natural characteristics.
