Characteristics: Delicate extra virgin olive oil, 100% pure of superior quality, obtained solely by mechanical means in mill with the most advanced technologies and cold extracted directly from olives from organic olive groves. Do not contain additives or preservatives.
Sensory analysis: It is a fruity extra virgin olive oil predominantly from mature olives, soft and sweet in the mouth, bitter and slightly spicy.
Consumption: Ideal for use in raw, especially suitable for seasoning fish, salads and vegetables, among others.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight. May throw or even solidify at low temperatures due to their 100% natural characteristics.
